Returns & Cancellations
At dualsense.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Returns & Cancellations policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or limited-edition status.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@dualsense.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return under our Returns Policy.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@dualsense.store.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
