Returns & Cancellations

At dualsense.store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Returns & Cancellations policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or limited-edition status.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@dualsense.store with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return under our Returns Policy.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@dualsense.store.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
