International Shipping

Returns
Eligibility
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Return Process

- Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
- After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a return.
