Shipping Costs

  • From time to time, we may offer free standard shipping on promotional campaigns or above a minimum order value.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

Returns

Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
